The Mutt Strutt is a terrific way to help raise money and awareness for the animals at PHS/SPCA. Enjoy a fun filled morning with vendor booths, agility and flyball demonstrations, entertainment, prizes and more! Who will be this year's Best Kisser or Most Talented?
